Согласен. Как это ни прискорбно, но bloodlines 2 - уже совсем другая игра. К счастью, разрабы не будут использовать его

Як на мене - крутий би трек був. Достатньо свіжо заучить як для нової гри, але й смак першої є Але яка різниця якшо ця гра або не вийде або буде срєднячком ет бест

Так заглавная тема первой части возможно, что лучшая тема из видеоигр вообще, одна из точно. Её не грех было бы использовать и без изменений во второй части. Впрочем, новые разработчики отказались от неё. И это хорошо ибо после того, как они отправили в корзину наработки Митсоды и Авеллона, нас ждёт грандиозный провал, а не игра. Не замараться в этом к лучшему.

@@torbenfranke1859I don’t think it’s confirmed, but neither have we heard the theme being used in promo materiale.

@@torbenfranke1859From what I've read in some interviews, the only thing they actually might reuse are some of the models, and even then, they will repurpose those. So for example, Alif and notChrtistinaHendricks, if they exist, aren't even going to be the same characters. This probably means that even Mr. Damp is no longer part of the plot, even though he's STILL on the cover of the game's pre-order and stuff. And Rik's own website ONLY shows him associated with the 2020 version of the game, NOT the 2024 version by the hack room. It's legitimately over, tcr's garbage hack job is shaping up to be an absolute insult. Too niche to attract new customers, too trash for anyone who loved the original, and without RIk's soundtrack. Bravo Paradox, you've done it again.

@@Checkyourmail I actually read somewhere months ago that they actually kept Schaffer as the composer of the game EXCEPT that he won't compose the main theme, it will be the composer of TCR. I hope somewhat that it's still a thing, even if the chances are slim. RIP Mr.Damp, Elif, Viktor Goga and Alec Cross. Was really looking forward for these characters, firing the main writer destroyed most of my hype for the game but excluding Rik Schaffer just destroyed any hopes for a good game imo.

@@TheLegoJungle The game this was originally made for got scrapped, and a new studio is making a new game by the same name. The theme may get used regardless.

@@tarcp6224 The new studio has always had their music made by the same composer - Jessica Curry. Admittedly she's a pretty great composer too, but I'm definitely gonna miss Rik.

They ditched everything it seems. I had several outcomes in my head on how are they gonna fuck up the game and this... This is beyond everything I imaged.

@@Syrian-guy It is better for the two to never be created, completely, they have no idea what real, CRPG plays. Music in the two, was pathetic, facial animation, was pathetic, at presentations, music in the club, was for typical tik toketers, and it should be damn, bloody and dark. I hope that the two will never arise, because it will never, will fulfill the requirements, fans, ones. Brian Mitsoda, dosen't work of "new Bloodlines". Chinese room, destroy this game, and mark. It takes a while to compose. Hope they kept Rik in the loop and maybe he did more songs. Would be a stupid ass PR move to remove the theme and his music because it fit so perfectly.

i feel like rik schaffer's score would fit into any version of a bloodlines game regardless so i imagine they would have kept it

I really think there is a need for 'controlled' nostalgia. Given how remasters and remakes have gone in the last dozen years (IE: "Subversion") I can absolutely get behind simply going back and resurrecting the talent. Were I in charge, I would've given Schaffer carte blanche when it comes to the soundtrack. He's in a very difference place than he was in 2004 - and I think he can reflect that in his music with this new project.
